1. Reasons for silicone rubber molds: As we all know, silicone rubber products are made by mold molding. The size and surface of silicone rubber products are determined by the specifications, cavity and surface of the mold. Therefore, mold specifications are very important and source control is required. Therefore, when designing silicone rubber molds, factors such as shrinkage, molding, and convenient processing must be reasonably considered. Secondly, when manufacturing molds, it is necessary to control the accuracy to prevent the consumption of copper workers, improper processing or other reasons of mold size deviation.

5. Mold temperature

When the molding temperature is too high, it will accelerate the vulcanization of the rubber material of the silicone product, resulting in a decrease in the fluidity of the rubber material of the silicone product in the molding mold, resulting in the size of the silicone product being too small and the thickness being slightly thicker.

Note: When the molding temperature is too low, the specifications of the silicone products will be slightly larger after molding, and the thickness will be improper.
