If the surface of the journal is too rough, it is easy to damage the oil seal and destroy its sealing performance. If the surface of the journal is caused by improper disassembly and assembly, the seal lip of the hydraulic support will not fit tightly with the surface of the journal, resulting in oil leakage.

2, in order to prevent the hydraulic support seal is tensile deformation or scratch damage, must use special installation tools. The installation tool shall be smooth without edges and sharp corners to ensure that the seal will not be damaged in any form during installation.

3. Whether it is vertical or horizontal installation, the coaxiality of the piston and the cylinder should be maintained. Excessive eccentricity is likely to damage the seal.

4. When installing, a small amount of grease can be applied to the seal and the related surface of the cylinder to facilitate installation, but no residual grease is allowed between the rubber elastomer and the sliding seal ring, otherwise it will affect the performance of the seal.
