Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in related majors such as mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, and marketing.

2. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and strong contract negotiation skills;

3. More than 5 years of sales experience in sealing and mechanical products, with a mature customer base;

Priority will be given to those who have some understanding of sealing industry products (oil cylinders, seals, valves, pumps, etc.), and those with internship experience.

4. Able to adapt to occasional business trips.

 

Job responsibilities:

Responsible for the expansion of target markets and target customers for sealing products, covering industry fields including: coal, construction machinery, hydraulic, petroleum, chemical, energy, power, nuclear energy, aviation, military industry, rail transit, etc. At the same time, responsible for other sales and marketing activities assigned by the company.

1. The work content of expanding potential industry customers for the company is: new project proposals, striving for quotation opportunities for new sealing product businesses, organizing new business quotation cost accounting, new business quotations, competitor and user information collection and analysis, business negotiations, and obtaining orders;

2. Responsible for business issues in the development and operation of signed projects; the content is: actively cooperate with the enterprise's demand side to track the use effect of sealing products, and adjust the product's solutions, quotations, production cycle, and supply plan according to the enterprise's demand side's needs for sealing products, and conduct related business negotiations;

3. Responsible for coordinating with relevant internal departments of the company to support the sales business of sealing products. The content is: cooperate with the technical support department to complete the solutions for sealing products for the enterprise's demand side; coordinate with the production department to complete the production cycle and quality control of sealing products.

4. Regularly visit customers and visit potential customers when appropriate to conduct customer satisfaction surveys; stay close to customers, be good at listening to the voice of customers, and timely feedback and track information from customers and potential customers, and strive to improve customer satisfaction;

5. Real-time control of the competitive situation in the sealing product market, understand the product development, pricing, sales and other related trends of competitors, and provide reasonable solutions and ideas to respond to competition.

6. Formulate monthly and quarterly sales plans, which include: expanding industries, potential customers in the enterprise customer list, price trends, competitive differences, competitive enterprise products, expansion cycle, target contacts, etc., and effectively and gradually implement them according to the plan, and be responsible for the monthly and quarterly sales performance goals issued by the company.
