Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for basic research on the application technology of fluid seals, including application characteristics of different industries, competitive landscape within the industry, characteristics of the company's products, etc.

2. Responsible for surveying, designing, and optimizing the cross-sections of fluid seals, and creating 2D and 3D drawings.

3. Responsible for information transfer and technical discussions related to sealing material technology with material engineers.

4. Responsible for technical discussions, upgrades, and modifications of sealing molds and tooling with mold engineers.

5. Responsible for the production support of seals, including drawing transfer, process determination, auxiliary inspection, troubleshooting, etc.

6. Responsible for the type test of seals, including test method determination, test tooling design, test bench operation management, and test data recording, analysis, and organization.

7. Responsible for technical service work with customers, including pre-sales technical communication, technical selection, solution discussion, and follow-up tracking.

8. Responsible for tracking the long-term usage of products, including operating status analysis, handling of difficult problems, summary feedback, etc.

9. Responsible for the output training of industry sealing technology research, including for customers, sales personnel, technical personnel, etc.

10. Responsible for the preparation, beautification, and printing of technical materials, product samples, and promotional materials.

11. Based on understanding of products, markets, and customers, can transition to 'Sales Engineer'.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical design, hydraulics related majors;

2. Relevant industry internship experience is preferred;

3. Have good communication and coordination skills, and possess professional ethics;

4. Good Mandarin, able to read and write in English;

5. Possess the ability to independently analyze and solve difficult technical problems;

6. Able to adapt to occasional business trips.
